Short bio
She holds a Cum Laude dual PhD in Criminal law at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and at the University of Ferrara.
After being a lecturer/associate professor at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne between 2007 and 2011, she became a full professor at the University of Poitiers in 2011, then at the University of Paris Nanterre in 2015 and at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne since 2023.
Her main research interests are criminal law and criminal procedure from a comparative and European law perspective.
Visiting activity
After taking part in an initial meeting and discussion on the penalty of confiscation at the invitation of the Prof. Mongillo, the latter suggested her continuing the collaboration with a series of lessons on the French system of penalties:
- General introduction to the French system of penalties

- Penalties applicable in France in the case of multiple offences
- Focus on deprivation of liberty in France
- Focus on the confiscation penalty in France
- Focus on the penalties applicable to sex offenders
