UnitelmaSapienza is organizing the Second Edition of the SEEDS–BiT–RG Joint Summer School on Behavioural Economics for Sustainability Transitions, with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence. The school will take place at Unitelma Sapienza University of Rome on 24–26 September 2026.
The aim of the school is to bring together PhD students and early-career researchers interested in applying behavioural tools to sustainability transitions. The programme includes theoretical lectures and applied sessions on behavioural economics, with a focus on topics such as sustainable consumption, digital nudging, AI-based decision support, ethical implications of AI-driven policies, and machine learning in behavioural data analysis.
Participants will have the opportunity to present their research, receive feedback from international scholars, and engage in dedicated sessions for discussion, collaboration, and mentoring.
The school is organised by the Bioeconomy in Transition Group – BiT-RG (UnitelmaSapienza), in collaboration with the University of Ferrara and SEEDS, an inter-university research centre focused on ecological and environmental economics, policy, and innovation.
