The UNESCO Chair on Intangible Cultural Heritage and Comparative Law participates in the creation and implementation of the “Virtual Museum of the Mediterranean Diet” project, promoted by MedEatResearch, Center for Social Research on the Mediterranean Diet of the University of Naples Suor Orsola Benincasa – directed by anthropologists professor Marino Niola and professor Elisabetta Moro. The Virtual Museum of the Mediterranean Diet is a project for the collection and digitization of memories linked to the Mediterranean alimentation and specifically to the Mediterranean Diet.
