The UNESCO Chair has organized a side-event in the World Conference on Culture and Arts Education, entitled: “Integrating Intangible Cultural Heritage in Education: sharing experiences and new perspectives”. The event, features the participation of several international experts in the field of cultural heritage, and was organized in collaboration with prestigious international research bodies such as the UNESCO Regional Center for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage in South-Eastern, the UNESCO Chair in “Intangible Cultural Heritage in Formal and Informal Education” of Ankara University Haci Bayram Veli University of Turkey, and the international NGO “Syrian Trust for Development”.
