Le patrimoine culturel immatériel dans les droits nationaux – dialogue avec la convention de l’UNESCO de 2003”. Final discussion day of the Osmose Project (carried out between 2014 and 2018). The project, led by Professor Anita Vaidale (Latvian Academy of Culture) and Professor Marie Cornu (Institut de sciences sociale du Politique, CNRS) with the support of the French Ministry of Culture and Communication and the Latvian Ministry of Culture, had as object of research, from a comparative law perspective, the process of implementation of the UNESCO Convention at national and local level. It was a study that combined a research perspective with an empirical one and which saw the involvement of twenty-six states including Italy.
