The UNESCO Chair on Intangible Cultural Heritage And Comparative Law participated in the “VIII Encontro internacional de direitos culturais” at the University of Fortaleza. The conference aimed to discuss and scientifically evaluate, from a legal point of view, the new scenario of cultural management and rights, especially in light of the recent and significant transformations which have involved, also from a legislative point of view, the culture sector.
