10-13 April 2022 – La tecnica di appassimento delle uve della Valpolicella: verso la candidatura a patrimonio dell’umanità

The Consorzio Vini Valpolicella returns to Vinitaly (pavilion 8, stand H2-H3 – Veronafiere, 10-13 April 2022) and on this occasion holds the press conference “La tecnica di appassimento delle uve della Valpolicella: verso la candidatura a patrimonio dell’umanità”, at the stand of the Veneto Region (pavilion 4 stand D4-E4). Among the speakers: Luca Zaia, president of the Veneto Region; Professor Pier Luigi Petrillo, Chairholder of the UNESCO Chair in Intangible Cultural Heritage and Comparative Law; Christian Marchesini, president of the Consorzio Vini Valpolicella; and Miriam Magnani, president of the Strada del Vino Valpolicella Association. The contents of the project are illustrated and the “promoting committee” of the candidacy process is established for the first time, with the Consortium as leader and coordinator of the preliminary activities for the preparation of the dossier.
