30 October 2019 – Intangible Cultural Heritage Symposium ICH in Cities: Multiculturalism, Social Cohesion and Sustainability

The UNESCO Chair on Intangible Cultural Heritage and Comparative Law participated in the conference “Intangible Cultural Heritage Symposium ICH in Cities: Multiculturalism, Social Cohesion and Sustainability”, promoted by the National Heritage Board (NHB) of Singapore. The symposium aimed to explore the role of intangible cultural heritage in cosmopolitan and multicultural societies, especially in terms of promoting community identity and promoting intercultural understanding and appreciation between different communities.
