A Mini-MBA is a training program focused on the fundamentals of business management. The program provides an introductory overview of business, preparing for a fundamental understanding of traditional MBA content, such as business strategy, negotiations, macroeconomics, data driven problem solving, customer experience, sales and marketing, leadership, and corporate finance, but in shorter introductory modules.

The Mini-MBA for Engineers is offered in collaboration with Rutgers University, UnitelmaSapienza, and IEEE. Upon completion of the program, a certificate signed by Rutgers Business School Executive Education, Unitelma Sapienza, and IEEE is issued, available in digital format with an official digital badge.

A second certificate issued by UnitelmaSapienza will recognize 10 CFU/ ECTS under UnitelmaSapienza’s European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System and includes a 3-credit exemption for access to postgraduate programs at Rutgers University.

The Mini MBA fee is €4500. A reserved fee of €4000 is available to IEEE Members and Affiliate Partners.
