Curriculum vitae:
Attività scientifica
My research interests are across three areas: Data and Web Science (DWS), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Human Computer Interaction (HCI). I'm interested on interdisciplinary studies involving NLP approaches in Data Sciences tasks. Thus, including investigations on Ontology Learning, Word Sense Disambiguation, Semantic Social Network user proling and classication, Recommender Systems, Distributional Semantics, Graph Mining. I'm also fascinated by the challenging research of Web-scale natural language processing approaches. I cultivate long-term collaborations in the eld of Art and Science, and the applications in Drama Therapy. I have a long experience on national and international projects. Including projects supported by Italian institutions (i.e., PRIN-MIUR), German Institutions (i.e., Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft DFG), USA institutions (i.e., VCU Presidential Research Quest) and European institutions (i.e., European Research Council ERC).
2015 - Co-organizer of SemEval 2015: task 17 http://alt.qcri.org/semeval2015/task17/, the most important public challenghe of computational semantic analysis systems.
2013 - Publication co-chair for the ACL conference http://www.aclweb.org/anthology/P/P13/P13-1000.pdf
